“Villa Giulia” si articola su due piani con una superfice complessiva di� mq. 150 (75 per piano) più una superfice per terrazzamenti attorno alla villa di altri 120 mq. circa. Ha due camere da letto al piano superiore, ciascuna con un ampio bagno, per complessivi� 5 posti letto. Al piano inferiore ha una cucina, un altro bagno di servizio ed un ampio living con camino. In questa sala vi è un divano letto matrimoniale, il che permette di portare la capienza dell’appartamento a 7 posti letto.

”Villa July” is a little independent villa. It has a surface of mq. 150 on two floors. Furthrmore, around the villa it has a terrace of about 120 mq . At first floor it has two bedrooms for complessively 5 beds, each bedroom with bathroom. At ground zero it has a kitchen, another bathroom and a big living room with fireplace, dining angle and conversation angle. In this room there is a double divan bed so that the capacity of the apartment can arrive to 7 beds.

Unser Appartement ist eigentlich eine kleine, allein stehende Villa namens “Villa Giulia”, die sich über zwei Stockwerke erstreckt und eine Gesamtfläche von 150 qm besitzt (75 qm pro Stockwerk). Des Weiteren findet sich eine Terrassenfläche rund um die Villa mit Ausmaßen von circa weiteren 120 qm. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Schlafplätzen, jedes mit großzügigem Bad. Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich die Küche, eine weitere Toilette und ein herrlich großer Salon mit Kamin. In diesem Salon befindet sich auch ein, als Doppelbett nutzbarer Diwan. Somit stehen in der Villa insgesamt 7 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung.

Surface de 150 mq sur deux étages, tout autour de la villa il y a une grande terasse panoramique Au premier étage il y a deux chambres à coucher chaqun avec ça salle de bain. Au rez de chaussé il y a une cuisine,u ne autre salle de bain et une grande salle de séjour avec cheminée, salle à manger, sofa transformable en lit-double portant la capacitée à 7 unitées.

Ortensia” ha una superfice di mq.100 ed é composta da due camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con proprio bagno, ed un ampio salone con angolo cucina ed un camino. In questo salone vi é un divano letto matrimoniale, cosicché la capienza complessiva é di 4+2= 6 persone.

The apartment called “Ortensia” has a surface of 100 mq. and is constituted by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen angle and  fire place. In this living room there is also a double divan-bed so that the number of persons� can reach 6 units
